Central Oklahoma's Workforce Investment Board (COWIB), in partnership with Central Oklahoma's Contact Center Employers, introduced a ground-breaking apprenticeship program. The Department of Labor registered apprenticeship program is the first Customer Care Representative training in the nation for the Customer Care business sector. COWIB is creating a pipeline of entry-level employees for a diverse group of employers.
