Pathway Assessments encourage participants to explore careers that will meet their goals and aspirations, not one that is “just a job.” Through the use of assessment tools, participants are assisted in selecting Career Clusters, majors and degrees that match their learning style, behavioral traits and occupational interests. Pathway Builder’s suite of assessments identifies career possibilities and provides insight into occupations for the competitive workforce. The ability to create alliance partnerships with WorkKeys also provides an opportunity to match jobs with hard skills and Profiles' soft skills analysis.
